Jennifer “Jenn” Swazo is the Senior Director and Product Manager for Enterprise Operations Enablement, focused on transforming the operations and customer experience at Allianz Life from submission to time of claim. Jenn came to Allianz in April of 2022, from Pacific Life, where she led Underwriting Innovations and managed the New Business Operations. In addition to her role at Pacific Life, she has extensive operations leadership experience from Penn Mutual and ING. She holds a Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership and Project Management from Regis University. Jenn lives in Southern California with her husband and youngest child, a freshman in college majoring in culinary, and two rescue pups, who are a handful. To get a break, she loves to travel, especially to Seattle to visit her son and daughter-in-law.
