Lu is the Chief Insurance Officer of Amplify, an insurtech focused on democratizing permanent life insurance products to help everyday Americans build wealth while protecting what's most important. Lu is responsible for leading the insurance business, business development and strategic partnerships at Amplify. Previously, Lu was at Oscar Health leading Insurance Pricing and Product Portfolio Strategy from growth stage through IPO, scaled topline 4X+ in 3 years to 1 million members - that's where she started her journey in insurtech. Prior to that, Lu was at Prudential as an actuary with various roles across different functions and products.
