Beth Lowe is currently a Change Partner Lead with USAA, working in the Enterprise Chief Information Office. Prior to joining USAA in September 2021, Beth worked as Operations Training & Quality Manager with Legal & General America. She's also served in several roles at State Farm, including Enterprise Change Management Analyst, Learning & Development Analyst, and Auto Claim Specialist. Beth is a founding member and long-time volunteer with Association of Change Management Professionals. She is a CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), has earned the Prosci Change Management Certification, Belbin Team Role Accreditation, MBTI Certification, Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Beth lives in Frederick, MD with her husband and two cats. Outside work, she loves to travel, read, hike, tap dance, and volunteer with the Literacy Council of Frederick County.
