Dr. Christy Lane is the Director of Insurance Solutions for Health Gorilla. She is a startup Founder and award-winning exercise scientist with expertise in big data, wearable devices, insurance and lifestyle medicine. Currently, Dr. Lane is the CEO of Lane Solutions consulting and is a Venture Partner with IA Capital, a venture firm in New York. She is the Founder of the Stanford Wearable Health Lab, Founder and former CEO of Vivametrica, a health tech company that uses data from wearable devices to predict mortality and disease risks. She was recently recognized as Top 40 Under 40 in Calgary, 2018 Female Founders of Insuretech Winner and Top 20 Women in Tech. She has a PhD and Postdoctoral Fellowship in Rehabilitation Medicine and Exercise Physiology.
