Susan joined Manulife in 1999 and has over 25 years of underwriting experience in various production and management roles. She is currently the AVP of Large Case Underwriting. This team’s objective is to implement creative solutions on Manulife’s largest cases while delivering a superior customer experience with concierge service. Susan has an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and a Master of Science Degree in Pathology, both from Queen’s University.
