Peter Eliason is Vice President, Data and Analytics at Bestow, responsible for integrating analytics, data science, and continual improvements across multiple business domains for the digital life insurance company. Peter has more than 15 years of experience in data analytics and leadership at companies like Easyknock and Icario Health, where he launched machine learning (ML) recommendation engines that would guide all aspects of customer experience in real-time. In 2020, while with Icario Health, he was honored with a regional Tekne award for innovation in Machine Learning and Artificial intelligence, beating out rivals 3M and Optum. Peter holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. He lives in Minneapolis, MN, with his wife and three children. He enjoys hiking and camping outdoors with his family when he is not working. Despite a broad background in data science, he rarely can predict optimal fishing locations.
