Gretchen Dinucci is Head of Mortality Management at the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company. Gretchen oversees the company's underwriting philosophy and risk selection policies, operations, training, large case review and the accelerated underwriting platform. Gretchen has over 30 years of experience in the life underwriting field with prior positions in underwriting management at VOYA and MetLife. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Economics from Denison University and is an active member of several professional underwriting associations.
