John has been with Swiss Re for the past 20 years and is currently Global Head of L&H Underwriting Propositions, a role where he works with insurers to help them reinvent their own underwriting processes through the optimised use of data, technology, and partnerships. He has a strong focus on product innovation and simplification of process and has a passion for solutions which help insurers to better reach customers who struggle currently to access valuable protection products.

Prior to joining Swiss Re in Zurich, John worked for Gen Re in Germany and Allied Dunbar and Friends Provident in the UK.
