Dr. Posan joined PartnerRe in 2021 after ten years as Medical Director at Canada Life Assurance Company. Dr. Posan is a specialist with an extensive clinical background in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Cardiac Pacing & Electrophysiology. After obtaining her medical degree and PhD, Dr. Posan worked in well-respected academic institutions across Europe and Canada and has authored several scientific papers. She is the outgoing President of the Executive Committee of Canadian Life Insurance Officers' Association (CLIMOA). She is a Scientific Program Committee member for the CLIMOA conference in 2023 and the AAIM conference in 2022 and 2023. She is a regular speaker at major industry meetings.
