Myles Meyers is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience
developing and building businesses for long-term success. In 2016, Myles was
inspired to establish Superbia, the first ever Profit-for-Purpose LGBTQ Financial
Services Organization, as a result of widespread discrimination, intolerance, and
inequalities the LGBTQ community of more than 20 million Americans are subjected
to in financial services. ??
Superbia is a unique fintech, a ‘branded house of legal entities’ unified under shared strategies and a
mission to eradicate the risk of LGBTQ intolerance and discrimination in financial service, accelerating
LGBTQ economic and social equality.

Myles’ background includes executive roles held in member-based financial institutions dedicated to a
mission of improving the quality of life for its members. Myles’ experience also includes working for
several giant American financial services organizations in senior positions, as well as being a co-founder
of a consumer-driven healthcare company.
Myles moved to NYC in 2017 to ensure the development of Superbia would be at the heart of
innovation and LGBTQ entrepreneurial spirit. This has been a thriving environment for Superbia and its
development.
Myles was honoured in June 2020 as an inaugural recipient of the Crain’s NYC business community
LGBTQ leaders & executives - reflecting his commitment to community and to the solution of Superbia.
Myles has been an invited to speak about Superbia and diversity and inclusion in fiancial services by
the US Treasury Department to 2,400 invited guests, the ACLI to 300 member CEOs, The Insurance
Commissioner of Maryland in public forum and interviewed by journalists for Forbes, Bloomberg,
Fortune, Wall Steet Journal, London Times to name a few.
Myles resides in NYC and regularly travels to Canada to visit friends and family, including his three
adult children.
